Delivery Information

Once you have selected all parts you required you will be taken to the checkout page where you need to select a delivery option.  You will have several options to choose from calculated on the size and weight of the items you have ordered.  This is only an estimate and some large items may require extra packaging and may incur further shipping charges.

UK Shipping

Items weighing under 2kg will be despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded unless 24hour shipping is selected and pair for.

All next day delivery will be sent via Interlink Express or TNT.  This service is the most reliable way to get your parts on time and in good condition. These parcels are tracked from the moment they leave Classic Quality (Parts) to your door and are fully insured against damage in transit. On the UK mainland, this is usually a next working day service. This means that if you order parts on a Friday you will receive them on a Monday. The hours of delivery are 9am to 5.30pm. A range of premium services are available, for example a before-noon or Saturday delivery, at extra cost. All parcels must be signed for on delivery. If there is no-one available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to contact the courier company to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Parcels can also be sent to a separate delivery address if required – this may be your office or a garage who are working on your car. Note, however, that certain restrictions on delivery may apply on separate delivery addresses in line with credit card authorisation guidelines.

International Shipping

We are able to ship parts anywhere in the world and have many years of experience doing just that. You will find that our rates are very competitive and parcels sent by international courier are tracked from the moment they leave Classic Quality (Parts) right to your door. They are also fully insured against damage in transit and offer complete peace of mind. Note that any customs clearance, import tax or duty charges are beyond the control of Classic Quality (Parts) and must be paid for by the customer.
